MyRoo Tube – The Only Seamless Hands Free Skin-to-Skin Kangaroo Care Shirt, (Size 2 (2XL-3XL), Ivory)

This is a genius invention. It allows skin to skin contact with your baby, secure yet gentle. I have been purchasing these as gifts for my family and friends for their new babies who come to them by birth or adoption. It is a fantastic way to get that important closeness/bonding with your newborn. Dads can use them too. Those I have given them to as gifts have loved them. I highly recommend this product.

I saw tops like these in a documentary called "Motherland" -- they use tube tops in the busiest maternity ward in the world to give skin to skin contact. Well, I ordered this top hoping for the same. The ivory is the thickness of pantyhose/tights. I put it on and it is COMPLETELY see through like pantyhose! I am 5ft 11 and about 180 (size L/XL). Typically size 6/8 pre-pregancy. Very, very thin and I can't even imagine how you could put a baby in there. I returned before giving birth. Will try to find an alternative skin to skin tube top online. I tried to order the ones directly from the documentary in Manila (theirs were NOT thin), but their email is not working. :/ Good luck ladies!

I highly recommend this tube. I used it in the hospital when baby would not sleep with out being in my arms. I knew that if I dosed off I would not drop the baby

I don’t know what I was thinking when I spent so much on this product. I’ll blame it on the fact that I was a sleep deprived new mother. It’s stupid. Haven’t used it once. It smells bad and is so not worth the high price tag... maybe if it was like $10 it would be fine.. it’s completely unnecessary

I absolutely loved myroo tube. I received mine as a gift and I was a little unsure of using it at first but after wearing it and having my baby so close and secure I fell in love. Not only was my baby girl happy, but momma was happy as well. It is a great help to keep baby close and be hands free if needed. I was even able to breastfeed in myRoo. I would lower the top, position baby to feed then place top back around her shoulders for security.MyRoo is good for more than just immediate post partum. My baby was admitted to pediatric unit for RSV& pneumonia at 6weeks and was having "episodes" of apnea and her o2 sats would drop to dangerous levels. (She was diagnosed with reflux which was causing her little episodes) My husband brought my roo tube from home after a few days in the hospital and I put my baby girl skin to skin and she immediately relaxed for the first time following her admission. We stayed in myRoo for an hour. She was actually able to rest and began to get better and better from that point forward. The positioning also helped with her reflux allowing her to be in an upright position on my chest. I truley believe myRoo was a very important part of her recovery.MyRoo is very easy to put on and take off and easily adjustable for changing baby's position as well. Very good product!! A must have for new moms wanting to experience strong bonding and closeness with baby.

The MyRoo Tube is very helpful when breastfeeding and doing skin to skin. When breastfeeding it provides security in helping hold my baby, as well as a free hand to be able to do other tasks. It also keeps my baby close to me for a better latch and to help prevent her from falling off the breast. When doing skin to skin, again it provides closeness for me and baby and keeps her securely in my arms. I also like that the material is very thin and breathable. The cream is see through, but it is intended to be for NICU babies. The chocolate provides privacy in case of company or if you’re more modest. The material is also very stretchable and is easy for one person to use if you don’t have an extra support person to help. Overall, this is a great product if you’re looking for something to assist with skin to skin and/or breastfeeding.

I have a 10 yr old, 8 yr old, and a 3 month old all of which were c-sections. With my last baby I was able to use the My Roo Tube immediately after giving birth, and it was AMAZING! To be able to do skin on skin with the security of her not going anywhere was a good feeling. She is a breast baby which the my roo tube was also great with while nursing.By Randi W
