Excellent Yarn Winder and Swift Set – Sturdy, Easy to Use, and Efficient
I recently purchased the LAMXD Needlecraft Yarn Ball Winder Set, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. The hand-operated yarn winder is incredibly easy to set up and use. The metal handle and sturdy tabletop clamp provide excellent stability, preventing any slipping during winding. The included umbrella swift is a fantastic addition that holds yarn securely and rotates smoothly, making the entire process efficient and tangle-free. The portable design and compact packaging are perfect for storage and transport.Overall, this is a high-quality set that delivers exactly what it promises. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced knitter, this winder and swift set will save you time and effort. Highly recommended!

Such Fun!
I watched a YouTube video on ‘how to use’ - highly recommend that first. The wool guide was a bit unsteady, but some hot glue sorted that out. I love it though, great value for money, looks kinda retro - which I love. Winding wool has never been so easy or quick - I literally can’t stop, it’s addictive!! Fabulous little gadget.

Great BUT
It's really good and a lot easier to do my wool.BUT the wee hook pin keeps jumping back in all the time which makes me stop many times through winding a ball.Other than that it's still good value for money and to me a must have.I ve picked up crocheting in my sobriety and through the lock down and never thought I would need one of these as bever through I would keep crocheting. But I did and I ve signed up for my first craft fair and crocheting a lot lately.Winding my wool by hand is time consuming and hands get tired,I love this gadget but manufacturer beeds to find a way to secure the pin so it can get 5*

Yarn winder
Unfortunately this was not as good as I hoped it doesn’t really take a 100g ball of wool and the little yarn support arm keeps dropping down quite flimsy.

Happy that I bought it!
It works very well for months now, working with it is very easy and I can collect it for later use whenever I want or I can leave it installed on my table. The only thing is that you should figure out the direction and height of the point where you feed yarn to it. If you are not using an umbrella you can easily put the ball of yarn in a basket behind the winder, hold the strand of yarn at back of winder a little up high to the left or right. The small vertical thing that hold the yarn should be fixed, which in this winder it is not staying still so I used a tiny amount of sticking rubbers and this way it won't move.

Waste of money! Worst one on the market
Bought for my wife who has had numerous wool winders and this one is not fit purpose. Have no idea how this has good reviews!- The yarn guide does not lock in place and within one turn has fallen onto the table causing the wool to wrap around the gear getting stuck-spindle constantly comes off while turning despite being ‘locked’ in as tight as possible- does not stay tight enough the table. We have turned the lock as tight as possible and I’m still able to move it by just pushing it with one finger. We couldn’t even cake 80g of loose dk weight wool. Waste of money do not buy

Best little tool I've bought in a while
I absolutely love this sturdy little gadget. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Winds yarns into neat little cakes. Simplicity itself to use. I found the little gripper that holds it to the table works fine. I love that it has a 1950's retro styling to it (which I suspect is unintentional) in American Diner style colour red and cream. Its one of those things I just know I'll have for a long, long time and will use often.

Wool winder
I bought this to help wind my balls of wool for knitting, it’s very handy as when wound you have the choice of taking the wool from the centre or outside of the ball, I find that there are no tangles if the wool is taken from the centre and it makes winding wool so easy for my arthritic hands and it’s so much quicker than doing it by hand.
