I am well into my 50s and have tried many vitamin supplements over the years. I used to get vitamin packets from Care Of. Then they went out of business. They were more personalized, but expensive. This packet has similar vitamins to the ones I was taking, and is very cost effective. I line the ease and convenience.

I loved the idea of these! Super convenient, affordable, and has all the vitamins I would normally buy separately. The taste isn’t great, but that’s to be expected, and the larger pills are difficult to swallow but also expected. Overall, great product!

Vitamin were good they didn’t work for me but doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else
