I am well into my 50s and have tried many vitamin supplements over the years. Me and my wife started taking these 3 months ago and we absolutely love them but with each box we've gotten there's been at least one or two packs with one missing or broken which throws off the count when your on the auto ship like we are. We had to wait 3 days with no vitamins for our next shipment. It would be better on a 32 count to cover months with 31 days and any errors would be five stars if this issue was solved

I have taken multivitamins and supplements for years and this product is a game changer. To start with, the quality of the product is amazing. All the pills are easy to swallow and digest. I haven’t experienced any of the bad aftertaste that is so prevalent in other products I have used. The daily packets make it easy to take everyday and also easy to take along when I travel. Most importantly I have noticed an improvement in my skin/hair, energy level and digestion in just over a month of taking this product. I highly recommend this product!

Vitamin were good they didn’t work for me but doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else

I used to buy these supplements individually resulting in a greater number of pills to swallow and more expensive monthly.Upon research, this mix has more supplements of the correct daily amount than i was able to create on my own. And, I am saving over half of what I was paying before. So a great value as well as better nutrients overall.I took mine consistently for the first month and then stopped for a week. Within a day or two I was able to feel the difference of not taking them. Definitely feel energized taking this mix and could tell when I stopped.Have been taking consistently since and will continue. They work.

I’ve been taking vitamins regularly for many years now, so I know the difference between “okay vitamins” and “high quality” vitamins — and these are high quality. I noticed many of the minerals in this formulation are “chelated” which I’m surprised the manufacturer doesn’t point out. Chelated minerals are better absorbed by the body. They do point out that the Omega-3 capsule is sustainably sourced and enteric coated. Many people don’t know what enteric coating is… it’s a process of providing an extra coating on the capsule so it dissolves farther down in the digestive system. This is great for me because when I take my vitamins with a little bit of food, I don’t get any bad taste or odor.Bottom line, I switched to this product primarily because of the quality. Then, when you talk about convenience, it’s a no brainer. I was already taking several of these vitamins anyway and had a bunch of bottles at both my home in the city and at my lake house. Now I just keep a box at each place, and it makes it easy not to forget to take them. Every morning I take them with breakfast and start the day feeling great. I eat pretty healthy, but I consider these vitamin packs a little insurance plan that I get everything that I need.(If you’re on the fence about trying them, once you do try them, you’ll never go back to a bunch of bottled vitamins.)
