We gave this chai latte drink mix as a Christmas gift and it was a big hit. It arrived on time, is a huge quantity, and excellent quality. Absolutely delicious and quick and easy to make. If you’re looking for a great chai latte, this hits the spot. Fantastic buy.

I’m a chai tea snob. I hate chai tea that has that throat burning sensation. This does not do that. It’s so good. This is my favorite so far. It tastes great! You can’t control the strength of it too by adding more or less to your water.

The aroma is very strong and slightly artificial, reminiscent of cinnamon scented candles. However, it tastes good enough! The bag is way bigger than I was expecting so I was a bit worried I'd bought more than I could get through, but it contains sugar and creamer so that's a fair bit of the bulk - the 3.5lb bag is estimated to make 31 servings. It's pre-mixed powder so all you need to do is add water which makes it convenient, though maybe not optimal if you wanted to use it in recipes or wanted it less sweet. All in all I think this was a worthwhile buy and I'll definitely drink it, but for me personally I think in the future I'll look for a somewhat more classic/natural chai product as I'm not a huge fan of the candle-like scent.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Chai! So glad i found it. I have a cup every day! To make it even better ( for me).. I add a little pumpkin spice in it and it is scrumptious! Will definitely continue to buy! Great value for the amount too! 😊👍

I am a fan of Big Train drinks. I purchase these big bags for my home use. Orange, Honeydew and now Coffee flavor. Highly recommend. About 25 drinks for about $25 (yes, I do add milk, whipped cream and ice if blended/pour over). I use an immersion blender (hot or pour over) or regular blender to mix. I can't wait to try more flavors!

The last two packages I received have been of very poor quality. I make my chi tea the night before I use it so it’s cold in the fridge the next morning. When I take the lid off there is a thick rubber layer on top that I have to remove. I stir it when I make it using very hot water. This has just started happening. I will not be ordering this any more.

I did read lots of reviews on this before I bought. Well, the newer reviews DID say the taste was not that good. And it sure was NOT the greatest tasting. I remember a someone writing a review and saying they thought it was a waste of money, because of the taste. (I agree with that person) So, when I received the can, I tasted it just plain, no liquid and it did taste Bad. I remember the review I read. So, instead of thinking as wasted money. I went on the internet and typed in how to make Spiced Chai Tea Latte. And I found lots of recipes, then I wrote down the main spices that they all used and checked my spices. I will say that I did have all the spices. I poured have of the can in a bowl and added MY Spices to the Canned Spiced Chai Tea. I kept tasting and adding spices to MY LIKING. Then I made a cup of coffee and put some of MY NEW Spiced Chai Tea Latte. It was perfect to my liking. So, I took the rest that was left in the can and mixed in "MY Spices" into the rest till it came out Perfect for "MY LIKING" and made another cup of coffee and put it in there. Tasted good. (I don't care for hot coffee, but that is how I make my Ice Coffee. Then put in fridge overnight. I use the "NEW" Spiced Chai Tea Latte Beverage Mix in Ice Coffee and then put some creamer in it.
