Really helped with the plantars fasciitis; bought two more pairs
I've tried a number of support pads that were supposed to help with PF, mostly of the gel type that cupped your heel, and while they would help at first over time they stopped being of benefit. But these insoles have really hung in there in terms of helping bring down the pain, so much so that I bought an additional two pairs so I could have them in multiple sets of shoes. If I'd ask for any improvement, I'd like a bit of a tacky base so that insole didn't slip around so much when you put your foot in. But outside of that I've been really happy with this product.

Does help.
My son uses these as he was really struggling with bad feet after rugby games. They do help but there are better professional fitted inserts out there if you want a true solution but they are really expensive. The ones I bought from amazon are a cheap quick fix that help recovery but depending on the severity of pain you can only ask so much of these. They do hold well in a shoe or rugby/football boot and my son insists on wearing them.

My pain has gone away
I bought these originally because I ended up in A&E not being able to walk. The nurse suggested insoles. Once I put them in my trainers I found I was switching them to my work boots, football boots and shoes. They took about an hour to get used to but they took away the pain which seemed like immediately. I've now bought a pair for my trainers, football boots and work boots so I don't have to keep transferring.

Not the most comfortable and didnt really work
Purchased for an achilles tendon issue but didnt really work for me - they were a cheap option though as I was not sure how they would perform

So far so good!
I have recently damaged my achilles tendon and have been given shoe inserts by my local hospital. However I haven't found them to be comfortable or effective., So I thought I would try this product and although I have only been using them for a few days I am walking much better already. Fingers crossed it won't take a year to recover as indicated by the specialist!

Took a bit of getting used to
Having flat feet I previously had custom made orthotic insoles but didn’t want to have to keep taking them out and putting them in other shoes, so ordered a second pair to make life a bit easier. They're a bit small for my size 10 feet. However, once they're in the shoe they're fine. I wasn’t expecting them to be as good as custom made medical insoles but they compare well. One downside is that as they are generic, when putting my shoes on they slipped around a bit (no grippy rubbery bits like Scholl inserts have or as tight fitting as custom ones). I can defiantly feel them on my arches so they appear to offer the support they're supposed to but like all orthotics they took a little getting used to. After a couple of weeks in the same shoes however, they became less noticeable whilst still giving arch support. They noticeably correct my gate so my shoes are not unevenly worn at the heal and my feet are more turned out (again something to get used to). They help with my back pain by correcting my posture/gate. My advice for any buyer would be to persist with them, if you haven’t used orthotic insoles before they will feel strange and your arches may ache after wearing them the first couple of times but after this you get used to them and the long term benefits of correcting fallen arches has enabled me to go for longer walks and stand for longer. I think these compare to any other generic orthotic insoles (they do the job). I was not expecting them to be as good as medically prescribed custom ones- but if you’re stuck on an NHS waiting list or are looking for a quick/cheap fix these will work well. They’re not too expensive so there’s not much to lose on these- I would defiantly go for these over more expensive orthotics which would likely perform exactly the same.
