Best roller for back pain!
This is my second time purchasing a playground ball to help "crack" my back (think 'foam roller'). I love that this one has its own compact pump. I actually packed both in our luggage for a trip abroad!

Bouncy bouncy bouncy ball
The ball is very bouncy and looks very trippy in person. Definitely good for playing volleyball , wall ball , Dodge ball even And it came with a pump which is great ! 👍 Easy to Blow up takes less than a minute. Is not cheap quality.

Way smaller than described
Product description says 8.5" diameter, but when fully inflated, turned out to be only 7" in diameter! Ball arrived deflated and folded, so initially, when inflated, it will have ridges where it was folded (kinda like a rounded box). Hopefully they will flatten out with time. If you need a true 8.5", maybe try their 10".
