I was amazed at the quality, the design, the beautiful, well crafted wooden handles.I was very surprised how comfortable it was to handle and how sharp the knives are and so far being used every single day, never had to sharpen them.I was very surprised because I thought I would have to spend hundreds of dollars to get this kind of quality in a knife set. Before,I used to have my favorite knife from at least 4 different sets of knives for different tasks, now they are all gone, replaced by my new favorite set. In general the 7" Santoku is my go to knife in the kitchen. The right size, the right shape for most all slicing and chopping.And the Enowo Santoku knife is the best i have ever held ranking with others many time more in price. It is the feel and weight in the hand when picked up and more than anything else the balance in use. The blade edge holds and sharpens easily. This is a superb hand tool and I cherish that. The other two knives are of the same quality. They just are not my go to knife.
