Great Resource
Great resource- I use these for warm ups. They take students 5 minutes and I some times use these for exit cards. it helps me get a feel what the students do and don't know. the answers are provided- easy to grade.

Science
Disappointed with this but only because there's no lesson to go with the questions..Son was frustrated with that so we switched. But it's a good quality book and if you're reviewing certain areas this would be great, even has the answer in the back.

a few inaccuracies, tho I'm grateful it's showing me what a full general science curriculum is like
I will put in detail on here in awhile, the book has inaccuracies in some of the lessons, which can frustrate students that are getting the answer 'right'. Other than that...I am glad that it is helping me to learn what would be in the general science curriculum. Those looking for one, I just found CK12, what a God-send! It's free, non-profit and all the info in that book seems to be what's in these lessons. I can NOT believe the current book I have (I'm Christian, if this helps indicate which one I have) has, in some cases, only 20% of the content for most of the chapters. I will say, though, for my Christian book, it 'is' helping me understand concepts more in depth. I think between these, the CK12 site, and the book, I've struck my balance. Though, I can't understand what isn't 'Christian' about being a good steward of the land. Prior to global warming being politicized, we spoke of it with 'no' issue, now, 'oh, let's make up some facts', but that will be under the review for that book. I like these worksheets, they're the best I've found so far.

Workbook only- no textbook
I guess I overlooked the description- this is a workbook only. It looks very nice but there is no text book to accompany. It is supplemental only. The workbook is engaging and will be a nice addition to whatever textbook I can find 😏

THIS IS NOT A CURRICULUM. NO LESSONS INCLUDED.
THE AD DOES NOT NEED TO SAY "CURRICULUM." The content looks thorough, but there are no lessons to teach the student what they're actually being asked to answer. It's only worksheets and the students have to have some kind of previous exposure to the content prior to using this book. We've stopped using this after the 2nd activity. Curriculum actually teaches content and then offers some kind of assessment of understanding. I also need open and go and this is not, especially it if we're having to look up termonology online just to answer questions. I also think this is more for early high school level.

Good content
Great half-page worksheets for a "Do Now" or mini quiz.

Love love love it!
This book is so great for teachers! It provides half-sheet worksheets on almost every topic a general science teacher could need. I've used this as bellwork, closure activities, and guided and independent practices. It has a variety of activity types, too: crosswords, word searches, fill-in-the-blank, diagram labeling, matching. Something I will definitely keep using!

I don’t know how to teach this with no lesson.
Can someone tell me how to get hold of a textbook??? There are only questions. No lessons. How am I suppose to teach this. I looked up textbooks and I am not seeing anything for this particular workbook.
