I don't think so. You need a marineland bonded filter sleeve. That type fits the magnum 350. I think the jh is too small. Good luck.

No, this is for the larger version of your filter so it would be too big for it. The AQ-78400, Magnum 200 Floss Sleeve is the one you need.

How much carbon does it take to fill it up?

this is just a sleeve for the MarineLand Magnum Polishing Internal Canister Filter . it goes around the filter chamber . . There is a hole at the top and bottom of it so you really can't fill it up
