I like the fact you can use them on hollow doors where the handles fall off and it holds them on like a rock

Finally found a good set of door screws
I previously tried slightly thinner M3 screws from another brand and they were no use, just couldn’t get them to screw together reliably after trimming.With these I had absolutely no problem at all, they worked flawlessly and I’ve been round all my doors replacing the screws with these.

These are ideal as the ones that came with my handles were to small and the screw head were to soft, these didn’t have either of these problems

A lot of work to make them effective!
You really need a bench clamp to break these down to size. Then you need to spend time filing off the ends otherwise they just don't screw together. I gave up eventually because they were making a simple job take far too long!!

Just the job to strengthen fixings.
The old screw fixings had been pulled out several times due to heavy use by the tenants. Hopefully these bolted through fixings will withstand the abuse
