I spent a long time choosing this bag over others so I'm writing a long review with pictures to save other people time trying to figure out if it's big enough. My issues were mainly - will my phone fit, will the strap fit, and is it going to be a huge lump on my leg?First thing, the colour is lovely, mine's a blue one. It does seem to be real leather, inside there's an uncoloured seam and it certainly looks like it and smells like it. I've seen other reviews for similar bags where people have talked about a horrible smell, mine doesn't smell at all unless you stick your nose in and then it's just leathery. The whole thing seems solid and well made. There are some tiny minor colouring issues on the zip and a couple of the clasp where the colour has come off but nothing a Sharpie pen won't fix if I'm bothered.The belts are a horrible brown but no-one will see it as I don't tuck any clothes in so not an issue for me. One of my reasons for picking this bag was that you can take the belts off and replace them if you want to so I really didn't care about them too much. I won't be using the leg belt, for a bag this size it's not necessary and frankly I wouldn't be seen dead with a belt round the top of my leg.The belt sits nicely on my hip and the bag hangs exactly where I used to put my cross body bag on the top of my thigh. It's not massively wide so it doesn't stick out hugely or look weird.There are four pockets. The small one on the front of the flap which has a magnetic fastener, the slip in pocket under the flap, the main zipped pocket also under the flap, and the back zipped pocket.The small front pocket is bigger than credit card size but you wouldn't want to put anything to bulky in there because it might hamper the closing of the flap. But it's handy for small items.The slip in pocket is I think what I've seen in other reviews when people have said their phone doesn't fit and in the description where it says you can only fit a 6" phone. I have an Oppo Reno x10 Zoom - it's 6 and a half inches with the case on. In the pictures you can see the case with a piece of paper in to show it up. It fits in the slip pocket BUT only just and it makes the front very stiff, if you then filled the pockets the added bulk would mean the front flap wouldn't close. I won't be putting it there. My phone does go easily into the other two pockets as you can see in the pictures, no struggle to do the zips up.The main zipped compartment is roomy. The leather is soft and it's easy to get things in an out. I tried to show how much you could get in it using things that might show scale to anyone - my chunkiest purse, a packet of tissues and an asthma inhaler. They just about filled it without having to force things in. You can see the size of those in the picture.The back zipped pocket lies against the reinforced leather on the back of the bag so it's tighter than the other pocket it doesn't have any depth so flat things are best, but fine for a phone. I would say that with this pocket you might have to be careful taking a phone out because of the tightness and the zip, scratch hazard.I have seen some bags just like this with a carabiner hook on the back. This one doesn't have that.All in all I'm delighted with this bag, it's exactly what I was looking for and will take all my essentials. I like the look, it doesn't feel like it will slip off when I'm wearing it, it's comfortable and you forget it's there. I'd rather wear this any day than carry a bag. Perfecto!Hope that helps.

Not a very large bag compared to other also it is not a redish colour like the photo shows its brown also marked in places around the zip .I have had bigger drop leg bags with a proper leather straps for less money than this one with nylon straps, so not that impressed with it. Also if I put my s21 in the front pouch you struggle to close it with other stuff in the rear pouches. All in all you don't have a great deal of room to store stuff. Also the front flap is held down by magnet so not very secure. Probably great for women but not so for men

I bought a brown one a few years ago,but the zip on both the main compartment and the flap pocket broke. . Being cheaper to replace it then repair it,I bought this . I have shoulder problems so this is the best product for me . I also have a black one do work. The only difference with this bag and my old one are the buckles . The old one had nice copper/brass clips whilst this one has plastic snap clips. But unlike my old strap,which I had to sew in a "pleat" to make it smaller,the new strap goes small enough to fit my size 6/8 waist.

I seem to have a shortage of pockets in summer when not wearing a jacket or fleece this seemed worth trying to carry e.g. Small camera, phone perhaps wallet.It's more suitable for small document-style items e.g. Letters to post than anything remotely bulky like small camera, and phone somehow doesn't feel safe in there either it might just be me.

Lovely bag. Well, it would be if it wasn’t missing the belt & leg-strap! Useless without them. Does NOT tell you in the description that they won’t be supplied. Would have given 1 star, but the bag itself is very nice & a brilliant idea. Would have been extremely useful at my allotment & during my DIY. Such a Bloody Shame!!!Missing items are being replaced, I therefore have upped the star level to five. Am now well pleased. Excellent response from seller, courteous & polite. Impressed!
