TENASensitive Care Overnight Incontinence Underwear for Women Large, 64 Count (New Sizing)

Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys.I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night.Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing.My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!"I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with. There is also a lifted inside flap as shown in the photo, that helps phenomenally!I hope these work as well for you, as they did for me! =D Take care soggy bottom friends. ♡

I have tried several brands of incontinence pants over the years. These diapers are the best so far. They are designed to cover my crotch so leaks are rare. They are also very soft like a cotton fabric. Because of my condition I add booster pads which are cheaper and save on pants. I do recommend these pants.

My mom really likes these, and she's tried many others. Now we get them on subscription so she won't run out. Glad to have something that works for her when you need it.

This item works well when they mail you the correct size. They are relatively stretchy and pretty durable as long as you don’t handle them by the seams and they have very little leakage. My gripe is that I just ordered a case of 48 in XXL but they sent XL so now I have to return these and reorder and wait for the correct size to show up

These are worth the money for incontinence.. They never leak, don't show through clothes and are so comfortable. Of course I wish I didn't need them, but I do and I'm thankful for this product that makes it much less of an issue.

This is my mother’s preferred brand. When she says she is running out, it is so easy to ship them to her. Good price

Please watch the new sizing. I did not know TENA sizing had changed & whn I went to put one on I thought I ordered wrong or I really got fat. The size I've always bought was way to small now. So read their new sizing chart now. I have 4 packages to return

I order this all of the time for my daughter who is handicapped. They used to be our favorites but the last batch we received had a sticker on the packages that said "New Sizing". What used to fit my daughter is now too tight and they were very uncomfortable for her. We are not fans of the "New Sizing"! Why would you change that, it makes no sense. The sizing was fine before.
