I am not into teeth whitening that much and only bought the product based on someone's recommendation. The delivery was very efficient and the kit came as described on Amazon. I am surprised to see that the instructions are in multiple European languages which helps, I guess.For me using the product wasn't difficult. I followed the instructions. The gel is effective but you have to use it a few times to get the best results. This is not a magic fix for sure! It helps if you can use the shade guide before applying the gel so you can compare the progress.The main thing for me is the product safety as I heard so many bad experiences from teeth whitening product users. One of the reasons I bought this is because the person who recommended it told me that the gel pen is made in the US and the kit is packaged in the EU, which to me is kind of reassuring. I think this is the reason why it's pricier than some other kits out there but I would rather pay for safety than to get my teeth fall off before I turn 50, Lol.All in all a good product.

Seems to work well hard to see if the gel is coming out of the whitening pens. So hard to see if they are empty or not

No idea what it does, but after a month cant see any difference

Absolutely zero change after using for few weeks. Instructions incomplete.

Bought it only because all of the comments was positive, only to show myself a good lesson.Doesn't do a thing.Teeth stays the same without even a slight change.If you want white Teeth seek professional help.However flavour from pen is great.

Well it is a goodproduct. They could add more pens but I can see that the kit box has limted space to pack everything. Still good value to have 3 pens. I do whiteing on a regular basis so not sure how long will these pens last and there is no refil packs available from this brand.

I am a smoker and drink a great deal of tea, upon 1st use I could definitely see a difference. I am on my 5th day of using this and my teeth do appear whiter. Its a gradual thing, don't expect miracles here, but overall I would say this product does do what it claims. The whitening serum doesn't taste too bad, and the mouth guard is surprisingly comfortable - bearing in mind you have to sit with it for 20 mins. Despite the 3 adapters, my phone (Samsung Galaxy Android) didn't want to play ball with the appliance, so I ended up plugging it into the mains which was restricting and abit disappointing.
