Broken product. Very poor quality control
As shown in image, two candles had very fine cracks. Noticed these cracks once we started using these candles as the water was dripping very fast

It is received in a broken condition. Packaging delivered in good condition but all 3s are broken inside its polythene packet. It was looked as good but after peeling its cover there was a broken crack and it was found broken in 2 parts.6 month before, I have purchased one. That was packed by thormocool and was in good condition.But, I was disappointed for this item.

A waste product!!!
Do not buy this product. Its utter waste. One of the candles was tightly packed in plastic and when the plastic was removed, it was in the damaged state. The product turned out to be useless. While packing make sure that the candles are in a good condition as your duty is to serve the requirements of the customers.
