The Avaya 6408D+ is a digital IP office phone that will help improve your customer service and sales. it is compatible with Difinity systems or later. It can be programed for 8 different ring tones. Features caller ID, Intercom, speaker phone and call hold. A call timer makes it possible to accurately track time on line, to make billing hours more accurate. A two line phone with 24 charachters available.

Review: 1st Class Reconditioned Phones - These phones were as good as new ones and work perfectly. They were a great value at 20% of the price of new.
Review: Bad service - I ordered the phone from the vendor thinking it was compatible with my telephone system. When I discovered it was not after hooking it up, I attempted to return it. desertcart was of little assistance in helping me to return the telephone. When I contacted desertcart, they said they would needt to put me in touch with the vendor telephonically, which they did. Voice mail. I was only ever able to reach a a voicemail message at the vendor. The voicemail for the return department indicated that I should leave a voice message and the vendor would get back to me, which I did. No one from vendor returned my phone calls. Nor was I able to get in touch with anyone at the vendor to return this item after I purchased. desertcart would not assist me. Anyone want to buy a telephone!!!

I ordered the phone from the vendor thinking it was compatible with my telephone system. When I discovered it was not after hooking it up, I attempted to return it. Amazon was of little assistance in helping me to return the telephone. When I contacted Amazon, they said they would needt to put me in touch with the vendor telephonically, which they did.
