Awesome way to add in extra protein for just a few calories!
I now have both the unflavored and chocolate versions of this. I add it to my yogurts in the morning to add a bit of texture and extra protein. For 50 calories, the 10g of extra protein is a steal. I don't find the unflavored version tasty alone. It is a little chalky. But mixed into something else, I don't find that it has an unpleasant taste and is actually quite enjoyable. The chocolate has been a great addition as well, and adds a little "something". I especially like it in strawberry yogurts. I would love if they came out with other flavors!

So many practical ways to incorporate these high protein "puffs" in diet
These are fairly tasteless - just maybe a hint of (or imagined?) milk taste is all. I've added these now to cookie dough and brownie & blondie batter, oatmeal, yogurt and cottage cheese, salmon salad, and sprinkled them on green salads. They add healthy protein & calcium (and even choline with the lecithin) source to these foods, and a great gentle (as tiny pieces), satisfying crunch. The packaging is largely biodegradeable and the plastic scoop (=3 Tbsp) is reusable. I haven't found any whey protein isolate powder that isn't gritty in consistency, and so many of such products use irresponsible way-to-excessive, unnecessary plastic packaging; hence, this is an ideal solution for me to add high quality whey protein to my diet with a super-versatile product, and not reward the irresponsible companies ignoring the need to reduce plastic production (and toxicity).

Yummo!
No funny artificial sweetner. No sugar. Protein? Yes! Satisfying crunch? Hell yes.I've been looking for something convenient and can help add a bit more protein in my diet. I also wanted it to not taste sugary or artificial sweetner-y. And I really wanted it to be crunchy with little to no sodium content. Voila. This is it! (20mg of salt in a serving size is pretty decent. Right?)I make parfait with these little awesome puffballs. Throw these in a sweet dessert chocolate crepe and it tastes vaguely like one of those chocolate bars with them nice crunch!I got the unsweetened version and I am happy that I did. It's very versatile. FYI, it does have this very subtle sweetness to it similar to the subtle sweetness of lactose free milk.Once I finish this, I plan on buying another!

Expensive but
I was only able to get one box of the unflavored before it became unavailable. I used it very sparingly (3/4 cup at a time). The bag was vacuum sealed tight so you have to be very careful when opening. I would have given it 5 stars except it is unavailable and is very expensive.

Great for getting in your protein!
I’m on a high protein/low carb diet to help heal my gut and overall health. It has been hard to work and do as much as I do on a daily basis and get in enough protein while staying away from a lot of carbs or fat. These just came in today and I’m really impressed. There are a lot of different opinions about this product and I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people that have unrealistic expectations for this product. As a disclaimer - I don’t go to the gym, I don’t use protein shakes, I hate artificial tasting anything, and I don’t like sweets (with the exception of dark chocolate and gingerbread). I’m extremely sensitive to flavors and artificial sweeteners. These little puffs are absolutely tasteless - meaning they taste like powdered puffed shaped nothing. ISN’T THAT THE POINT?! Getting 10 grams of protein for only 50 calories, without any carbs, fat, or nasty fake flavored is the best bang for buck I’ve found. If you're looking to up your protein intake without ingesting a ton of calories or other crap, while having the versatility to blend this is something like Greek yogurt (plus yay extra crunch), you’ll love these. If you were hoping this would taste like something other than powdered puff nothing, you’d best keep looking.

great in addition to yogurt!
they are a bit chalky, but thats to be expected with this type of product. mixed in with yogurt theyre great and not too noticable. i bet theyd be good in a chocolate bar or 'rice crispy treat' ☺️ incredible protein to calorie ratio and i like that i can use them in yogurt without it changing the flavor of my yogurt like a regular protein powder would.

Not 16 ounces (1 pound) Good crunch, versatile, but not worth 20 dollars
Good crunch will make many uses of what i got. I definitely should have zoomed in to the pic because the description says 1 pound of them, but it's 14 1/3 ounces. For their weight ...1 2/3 ounces is a good amount not to have.

Great for Chocolate Crunch Bars!
I will be buying the puffs regularly, because they are a source of crunch in an often crunchless world (Keto). Recipe: Equal parts of melted coconut oil, cocoa powder and sweetener of choice (I used powdered monk fruit with erythritol). I actually put just a little less sweetener than the other parts. Add some vanilla and a pinch of salt and you have melted chocolate. Now, mix in these puffs, spread on parchment paper on a sheet pan and throw it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Break it all up and keep it in a baggie in the freezer. Now you have fat bombs (keto) with protein (puffs) that you can munch on all you want. No more missing those nestle crunch bars. Pro tip: mic sugar free jello with half & half, pour on another sheet pan & throw in the freezer for the same amount of time. Now you can scoop up (what tastes like) gelato with your candy bars. Keto-ers, be careful, there are definitely some carbs in that part (but worth it). have fun with your PUFFS!
