Awesome torch 4-jet lighter! This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased one of these Vexo Mini Flame windproof lighters. Not because they stop working. Not because of I’ve had ANY ISSUES, just the opposite. I’m A HUGE fan of this product. The first one I bought, I accidentally dropped into my aquarium! It’s still working! But I bought another one just in case it stopped working. I also bought a third one because I misplaced the second one, but I finally found it later on, but I’m so excited because, NOW… I have a brand new one, and TWO back ups! We use them for everything, from lighting a candle, to igniting the BBQ, and I have other creative craft needs. They are durable, easy to use and fill. Cost effective and practical. Would recommend them to anyone! Refillable and very pretty too.

One of my favorite lighters. Feels like a sports car in your hand. Throws flame at a softer more diffuse rate. Adjusts well, keeps it's outer coating color longer if buffed after use to remove hand oils. Lightweight, fills regularly and value is comparable to other lighters twice as expensive.

As an avid cigar smoker, I am always looking for a torch lighter to provide a quick and even burn to larger ring sticks (58+). Well, I found the ideal lighter for the job. Likewise, the construction is solid with the right amount of heft, and is easy to use. This is also a very handsome-looking lighter. Nonetheless, it is very powerful, and scorching is imminent if you're not paying attention to the lighting process. However, on a cold, windy day, or in any environment, I highly recommend this lighter over its more pricer competitors brands like Xikar and Colibri.

Does not work, put the butane in and nothing happened, no hissing of gas, an no ignition of flame

I liked this lighter so much, I actually purchased another one after losing the first. I use this lighter to melt paracord rope - as I was continually getting burned by using candles and the long-handled stove lighters.This was the first one of its kind that I purchased, so I can't really compare it to other lighters that work similarly.I purchased a cannister of zippo butane, and was able to "fill" the lighter in only a few seconds. The lighter lets you know when its full when it stops accepting anymore butane (ie, the butane begins leaking). The lighter is made to fit in your hand - it's about 3" tall, and the horizontal portion is about 2" (the torchhead juts out about an inch or so away from the body). Please note that these are estimated measurements, given here to give you a rough estimate of fit. It's extremely comfortable to use when spending hours tying paracord rope.The amount of heat given off is also adjustable. There is a small circular lever that can be turned to increase the height of the frame and decrease the height of the frame.I don't use this item on a daily basis, but so far have had no performance issues. One negative about this item (which is potentially a positive) is that I need to click on the trigger twice before it lights. I've never been able to get a light with only one press of the trigger. I guess this might be a positive if you are transporting the lighter in a bag, and are worried about accidental depression. Overall, I highly recommend this item.

Keeps starting and stopping even though I bleed it before I fill it with butane. It uses a lot of butane due to the four flames but does get very hot.
