Looking for a basic, but very nice PC? Please read the review, this might be what you want.
Really impressed. Wanted to upgrade the computer in our church secretary's office, and did not want to break the bank. I liked that this was small, decent i5 processor, Windows 10, 8 gb memory. Really checked all of the boxes of what I was looking for in an "office PC". Ordered, works great, I mean, really nice! As it happened, I had an unused 240gb SSD, so I upgraded from the conventional drive to the SSD, and this sucker really flies! Will it play graphics intensive games? No, I'm sure it will not. The internal Intel graphics are NOT that hot. But are you really wanting to buy something like this for gaming? I hope not! You want to game, get a gamer PC. But do you want to get WORK done, and have a reliable and (dare I say) cute PC? Will this work well with Microsoft Office, web-browsing, email, the church's dedicated database software, etc? Yes, it will, and it does! Seriously, if you are looking for a nice, fast, computer for regular "office" type use, you should give this a look. Lots of ports, external power supply, really quiet. Also, if you DO decide you want to upgrade to a SSD, it is the really easy and practically tool-less. Brackets make popping out everything simple, and I only needed to use a screwdriver to remove the old hdd and put in the ssd...4 screws total! How easy is that? I've never been happier with a less than $200.00 PC purchase. By the way, it shipped quickly, and was well packed. I am very pleased with this vendor, and would absolutely order from them again. And no, I was NOT paid for this review, and I am not the owner of the company or something. I am just truly impressed by the value here. Oh, it also looks almost new...maybe a few small blemishes, but nothing to detract from the overall appearance, at least on the one I got.2 possible CONS:1. Although this does have open internal expansion slots, there is precious little room inside to add, say, a video card. Apparently there are a few small, relatively low-powered cards that would allow some graphics-intensive activity, but you really shouldn't expect to upgrade much of anything on this PC with the exception of the hard drive or memory. Not a big con to me, but might be an issue for some.2. This is a refurb, and the refurb company simply wiped the existing hard drive and installed Windows 10. That's Ok, and exactly what I was expecting. However, when upgrading to a solid state drive, when I pulled the old hard drive out, it was from 2013. CPU's don't wear out, neither does memory, but a hard drive that is 5 years old MIGHT end up developing issues, especially when it is the smaller "notebook" size hard drive (and this one is). So...IF you are planning to keep the existing hard-drive, be aware that the drive already has 4-5 years of use. Sometimes a mechanical drive will work for years and years, that's true. But sometimes when they get around 5-6 years old, they can start failing. Having said all that, you can buy a 250 gb SSD for as little as $60.00 on Amazon...so just upgrade the drive when you get it...you'll get the reliability you need, and you'll love the 20 seconds from boot to ready to use! Just sayin!

Perfect, just as described, can’t beat for price
Looks brand new, one tiny little scratch (had to actually look for an imperfection), but runs flawlessly. Purchased the 4 year protection just for safety. I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and not one complaint. It’s small but very powerful. Runs quick, absolutely no issues. Had it set up and ready to go in no time. Was a little skeptical due to the low price, but very glad I went this! Key board and mouse are a little cheap (micro brand) but work nonetheless, will eventually replace the keyboard. Some of the reviews did say theirs didn’t come with a power cord, but mine did.

Hard Drive Imment Failure 56 days after delivery
It made it past the 30 day return window. Really frustrating because these machines are supposed to be great little basic work computers which is all it was needed for. And for the work computer to give that error so quickly... grrr.

the price point of the unit makes is a good value so I didn't expect a keyboard and mouse ...
This unit arrived looking brand new. I did hear something rattling around inside when I removed it from packaging. I opened the unit (simple process) to find 3 screws with a blue rubber washer rolling around. I just took them out and place the lid back on before power up. This unit comes with a keyboard and mouse (new) but the quality is on the lower side. Don't get me wrong, the price point of the unit makes is a good value so I didn't expect a keyboard and mouse to come with it. The keyboard stopped working after 2 days but the mouse is fine. That's the only reason why I didn't give this review 5 stars. I do like the computer and plan to buy one for my son.

GOOD MACHINE FOR THE PRICE! So Far. (UPDATE TO REVIEW! )
So far so good. Machine came intact and packaged well and with all components described to be included. Machine booted first time with no issues, Windows 10 registered immediately. Wifi is moderate at best and will not handle 5G only 2G capable. All in all seems to be a solid mahine for the money for sure! For now, I would definitely recommend this machine for a low to mid level user, 3D printing, web browsing, client machine for a business, persoanal use for email, facebook etc. The processor is solid but does not have the speed to support high quality video for gaming etc. I will revise this review in 30 days after I have put the machine through its paces.(UPDATE: This machine is SOLID! its been a few months since I purchased the machine and I wanted to updatemy review with a BIG THUMBS UP! If you read my previous review... everything I stated previously is still TRUE! The machine still works perfectly with NO FAILURES! ) THANK YOU!

Small - Quiet - Fast - Runs well
Just took it out of the box. I plugged everything in and I'm working on it now. It's in fantastic condition. They do cover the old case with a laminate covering, which I found out the hard way. I was installing 8GB more RAM and scratched it removing the cover. But, that's on me. And I honestly think it's a great idea for a refurb shop. I should have considered these machines a long time ago. I would have saved a lot of money on new PC's. I'll add more to the review after I put a few miles on it. For $148 bucks I'm extremely happy.
