Perfect, arrived in great packaging. Made to measure and so fits perfectly. Would use again!

Fit perfectly in the window onto the original metal holders, didn't need a drill. Original track broken. We fitted existing slats in and the blind is as good as new.

The blind holder was a brilliant quality. Great serive .value for money.

The rail arrived without brackets that were in the description so managed to use the old ones that I had the rail itself is ok although the chain was jammed when it arrived and after a phone call from the seller I managed to sort it out

As good if not better quality than what a big brand name fitted for me across the rest of the house. Fixed this up myself in a matter of minutes, so easy. Would definitely use this seller again just note tha a cord weight isn’t included so if you want this remember to order at the same time

So much for give us the exact aperture size and we'll make the adjustments, that never happened, it arrived exactly the same size as the opening meaning a tight fit so the chain wheel wouldn't turn, I actually had to cut away the layers of my wallpaper to give it a few mm room to move.Very thin easily buckled metal, this is pressed sheet aluminium and not solid extruded like the higher quality rails.Plastics look and feel as if they would be brittle, the open/close cord is too short and came with no weight so luckily I hadn't thrown my old damaged blind rail away yet so used the old one.The hangers seem to move out of position very easily making all your slats hang at different degrees of angle.Overall, very poor, if it was possible to return it I would but they have the perfect get out clause of made to measure, so they would likely argue quality is subjective.
