First I bought a size medium. I am 34D. The medium was truly a compression/sports bra. Held me in place and great support. Too tight for everyday wear though. I loved the design of this, so I bought a size large to wear as a regular bra. The larger size is perfect for that.If you are looking for a comfortable daily bra, size up. If you want a tight sports bra, order your correct size.

I'm 5'6, 138 lbs, with a slim/athletic build. I wear a 34B in Victorias Secret (Body) bras. I bought a Medium (sized up according chart recommendations). This bra was snug and kept everything in place. It was not so snug that my workout was uncomfortable, but I would say it's too snug to be wearing all day. Someone with a larger cup size could definitely fit comfortably in a Medium, but I'm not sure about those with a larger band size. I bought this bra because I struggle with taking off my sports bras after a workout (I have an injured wrist that does not bend well). Although this one has a back clasp, I did not find it to be too much easier. This bra is lightly lined - the padding is not excessive, but ensures you have some shape and no nipple show-thru. The light padding is permanent so you won't have to worry about readjusting or searching for the pads after each wash. I highly recommend this bra. It works very well for high impact exercises, such as running.

Good quality, but runs small. I'm 34C US size 6 and there is no way the small (4-6) was happening. It looks like good quality so going to try their medium (8-10).

Bought this running bra for my teenage daughter. She runs cross country and long distance track. She is petite with a large bosom. She absolutely loves the support and how comfortable this bra is. She now owns 3 of these that she uses in rotation. The bra has been washed multiple times but it didn’t move at all. Highly recommended!

This is this very best sports bra I've ever owned. I plan to buy one for every day of the week. It secures well and I don't have to worry about anything. The only discomfort I've experienced is that I'm carrying girls a little differently so my neck and upper back was sore the first time I wore the bra all day. I'm accustomed to wearing 2 bras when I run and I don't think I'll have to with this bra.

This is my current favorite sports bra! I run and do triathlons and this is my go to bra for race days, especially for longer races. I have an athletic build but D cups and struggle to find a bra that is supportive without being too restrictive in my movement. This bra does that and eliminates the "bounce factor" when I run or do cardio. I will say that in was skeptical trying this to put it on the first time and was thinking I might st have ordered the wrong size, but one I got it on and situated it felt great. Will definitely be ordering again!

This used to be a different company and they were bought by brooks running. The quality just isn't there. And honestly you need to go 2-3 sizes up. I'm a size 4 and usually wear small or medium. For this I bought a medium and it cut so deep into my skin you could see the marks for an hour afterwards from just trying it on.

I've been running for over 30 years. Of all the running bras I've owned through the years, I can definitively assert that this is the best one I've ever owned. I also just completed my second half marathon several weeks ago in it. It's comfortable and exceptionally supportive.
