Solid inverter works like a charm
One month into using this inverter it has performed flawlessly. Appears well built, might not be the fanciest but delivers where it counts. It stays silent with fans turned off until a few minutes of running 1500W or so of power, then it becomes the loudest inverter I've had when both fans turn on at full blast. The other weird feature is the placement of the blue LCD display, it's located where it's hard to see for any wall-mounted installation. Then it displays voltages and output current, output power would be more useful. Still, a few flaws don't detract from its excellent performance at a great price.

failed after 3 hours of use, can't return - DO NOT BUY
I bought this unit, went to our cabin, and installed that weekend. It worked great for about 3 hours, then failed - dead short between 24V in and ground. Came home from the trip and can't return it - this stupid thing has a 7-day return policy, so they clearly know it's going to fail immediately. This is basically a scam.Opening it to change the fuses out, it's incredibly poorly built on the inside, with solder drips, terrible connections, and other issues. The boards themselves look reasonable, but whoever assembled it did a horrible job and this feels like a big scam to me. I'm sure they'll drop this particular "brand" name in a few months and pop up with the same item with a new "brand" and different color case.

Bad remote but adequate inverter
Inverter seems ok, bought this inverter to power a small off grid construction job site office. I estimated a small load of 1200 watts small AC and a couple of laptops, so figured get the 3500 watt model instead of possibly maxing out the 2000 watt model, it seems that the real world performance is slightly over half of the stated performance of these cheap inverters. There seems to be next to nothing regarding tech support, though if you need tech support, I suggest you spend the money on the bigger name inverters. I just installed this inverter and it seems to be working fine except for the remote, I believe the remote is broken as it does not light up or turn on the inverter, I replaced the RJ45 cable with a known working one and still nothing, it is a minor issue as my solar controller has an accurate state of charge for the battery, but as easy to read meter on the remote would be helpful for some of my coworker to see the meter and understand where we are regarding resources. Anyways this inverter sat in my office for 2 months before we needed to install it, I can't find a way to contact the seller regarding the remote, this is probably the cheapest looking remote I've ever encountered. Overall, I do not regret purchasing this inverter, hope it lasts at least a year, if it does, I'll buy again.

Edecoa doesn't honor their warranty...
I bought an Edecoa 3000 then this 3500 because I felt I needed a little more output. So I bought 2. This one listed here lasted 9 months. I used it daily under normal conditions. Never ever reached it's full potential in my little RV. I came home one day and it was off. I checked the fuses, they were all 6 blown. I replaced the fuses and pop, pop, pop. All blew immediately. I contacted Amazon to ask about warranty, which should be the usual one year. They said I had to call the manufacturer. They sent me the number, it is in China. So I used the email address. I wrote them 4 times explaining everything, including it had only been 9 mos of use and it has a one year warranty. They did not respond even once. So I am writing this review as a warning. Stay away from this company, they don't honor their warranty nor do they respond to their customers. I now have a boat anchor for an inverter.

Good product
Idles about 20-23watts. Not bad. Tested voltage has true sine wave. Load tested, voltage stable. Everything appears to be as advertised.

Works , but support is nonexistent
I bought this 3500w inverter in November of 2022 and put it in use by December. I run two chest freezers and a tV and internet with it, about a 300w running load when all are on at once. Surge loads from the freezers are 800w when they start up. No issues running but the other day all the indicator lights and display when blank. No "ON" indication and no wattage being used or battery level , just a unlit blank screen. I tried to contact "support" but found the site is "under construction", and has been since 2021. Too late to return by Amazon anymore. Others have indicated support is poor, I can confirm that seems to be true. I never received the remote with this unit either, and apparently you cannot buy them separately, but no way to even tell anyone that. For the money, there are better units out there, even some AIO solar units are in range of this pricing, so look around and read the reviews. I thought this would be a well made unit - "German Engineering", but made in China like most things, so this is expected, sadly.

24v 3500w inverter
The inverter on/of switch will not shut off the inverter nor will the remote on/of switch so I had to install a master shut off switch feeding the 24v power to the inverter. Other then that it works perfectly for my off grid cabin.
