I was a little hesitant to use one of these, but many of my friends love them. And when looking over the choices, this one looked the most comfortable and that was exactly the case. It is easy to put on (even without a mirror) and allows your ears to be uncovered so your hearing is still unmuffled, which makes me feel safer. Not only does it help keep your chin/upper neck tight while sleeping, it keeps your mouth closed so that you avoid sore or dry throats in the morning. I would recommend it for anyone, especially someone wanting to sleep on their back so their face is not smooshed while sleeping, and without snoring.

This product is amazing! Less then a month after I started using, I noticed a visible difference and tightness in my chin and neck! I put it on at night before I go to sleep and wear through the night so for at least 8 hours. It obviously has been a while since I have purchased but I still use it and it has made an incredible difference!

I bought this to use instead of the compression garment I got from my surgeon. I am using this for post neck lipo. Honestly, this has been a game changer for me. I wear this when I am sleeping. I noticed it only stays in place when I do a high hair bun, or else it slides all around my head which makes it uncomfortable. My ears do not hurt when my hair is up either. Since I wear mine every night for an extended period of time, I noticed it is starting to wear&tear so hopefully it will not fall apart soon considering I only been using it for less than a month LOL. That is my only con but if you are wearing for 30 min a day then I wouldn’t worry about that.

My main concern when buying “chin reducing” or jaw forming products is that they are very uncomfortable around the ears or start to make my face itch, but with this one you do not feel anything at all no uncomfortableness so it’s super easy to wear and for extended periods of time. I’m glad that I found a product that I genuinely enjoy putting on and can see a notable difference after gua shuaing too. If you don’t see any results try incorporating a gua shua into your routine to de puff and the guard will help maintain your face shape.

I only used it once and could feel that my double chin looks smaller and feels smoother. I’m 29 with signs of slight aging and a little on the chubby side, so I feel like anyone who has minimal chin sagging due to age or weight should find this product fairly useful just using it once. Excited to see what my results will be after continual use.Edit: I have a big polish noggin, so this strap on my head looks so funny and makes me look chipmunk! And a little snug. But I think the snugness helps w the contour.

This product is soft but starts to get uncomfortable after a prolonged period of wearing it. I don’t know if it even works but it squeezes my cheeks out so I don’t want to end up with goofy looking cheeks in order to avoid getting a double chin.
