I use this for cooking baking salad dressing. Great price for a quality product. It's better for your health then canola or corn oil. It's pure avocado oil not like some brands that have a mixture of other oils with the avacado oil

This a good value. I have tried other brands but have never had an issue with the taste or smell of this oil. It is a great quality oil. I use it most in my baking and oven roasting. It flows nicely in my spray bottle. The taste is soft in chili crisps. I have used it to saute but I won't waste it to fry food. it is a good balance in light vinegarets, without the heavy peppery olive flavor.

This is 'expeller pressed oil, or 'cold' pressed', as we used to say in the 'natural food business'. There's a lot of chatter about seed oils these days. If you use seed oils, always use seed oils that are expeller pressed! It is my understanding that most commercial seed oils are pressed with high heat and chemicals added to stabilize the product, not a good thing I suspect... A variety of expeller pressed oils are available here at Amazon.

Great product at a great price.Only thing I’d change is the spout. Better pour top spout would be great.
