Never had much luck with pillows cause they always feel off or uncomfortable. I see a chiropractor regularly due to kinks in my neck and shoulders, and usually wake up tense in those areas. This pillow with the neck support really helped me counter that. Sometimes I'd go to bed with a discomfort and wake up feeling much better. The quality of the foam is good since I had it for almost a year and it hasn't shown any sagginess. The price is currently at $9.99 (wow!) and I paid 4x that >.<

Product arrived intact and was already very comfortable. Most hypoallergenic pillow cases work well with it. Very supportive and helped with my neck pain when injured and lasted for 2 years. Even now, it's just a bit flatter than it was when freshly shipped.

This has been a life saver for my neck. Especially after getting surgery on my thyroid. It keeps my head in place and my neck from extended backwards like a normal pillow would let you do. I’m a side sleeper and still found this pillow comfortable. (If you are getting surgery on your neck I would get a wedge pillow and put this on it to prop you up a bit but keep your head supported).It is a firmer pillow though and that took a little getting used too.

Works great for me and my neck because I'm a back sleeper but my wife is a side sleeper and she has benine hump on her neck and she woke up with bad neck pain and headache all day.

I love that it's not too firm and not too soft, and that there are several different ways to use it, for both back and side sleeping (I like to turn it right side down with the protruding edge toward my neck, this way I get the neck support and I still feel the indent in the center but not as extremely as with the right side up). However, I found it comfortable and supportive in all it's positions, and I have some serious neck issues.

As someone with a Chronic illness and in Chronic Pain this pillow has been amazing. I was super reluctant because I literally go through pillows like crazy because they either go flat or do nothing for my constant neck pain, especially when I wake up. This has helped my neck and shoulder pain so much. I love this pillow!

This doesn't have a 5 second bounce back like it says in the description. It's more like 1 second. Very stiff. Also very thick so your head feels pushed up if you're trying to use it for back sleeping. Not ideal if you're trying to fix dowager hump.

It's not a horrible pillow, I do still use it often but it's a little too thick. It pushes your head up a little too high so your a bit uncomfortable but overall it's not bad.
