Secureline7410-6 3/16-Inch Stainless Steel Anchor Shackle

I just saw some of these used for this purpose earlier and picked up a handful at home depot for a little less than this. Is there a difference between the two? Is there something unique about this item that makes it better than the stainless steel 3/16" Shackles at the hardware store? This is either a gripe, or a genuine question, depending on the answer :o)Quick Update: Just checked, same brand...for less...and no shipping. Consider this a gripe.5 stars for the quality, but -2 for the hype/purpose based inflation.

I actually was disappointed. The shackle is heavy and hard to work with one hand. I won't be using this again
