The product worked great when it was new, but it only lasted about a year and a half. I have contacted the seller ETN Products about my warranty options so hopefully they will make good on the lifetime warranty. I am still alive but the valve isn't.....I will follow up with the results of the warranty process. Fingers crossed!I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars due to the prompt response from the seller, ETN Products, for sending me a replacement.

Replaced a more expensive Polaris back up valve with this one and we are happy that we did. The expensive one did not work and was pricey, this is a much better value and works great!

This backup valve seems to be an exact replacement for the Polaris OEM valve at a small fraction of the cost. Cleaner is working well and installation was easy.

Installed it in November 2022, working fine as of oct end 2023.Was easy to install.I wish it had more power, as sweep gets stuck sometime and it is not able to pull.Not a big deal though. Its not like happening every day.I dont monitor that much, so cant say how many times it is not able to pull.I believe it is able to pull sweep reasonably well.Overall happy with this product so far.

First one ordered lasted 3 months. Second one lasted 24 hours. Garbage.
