does this unit have auto answer

Hi to answer a call you have to press the button but it’s very easy

Can this device be used whilst charging, i.e. could the car charger be left plugged to give charge while engine is running and have full use?

So my car is a 2005 and I've had battery problems but I'm pretty sure on newer cars you should have no problems if you have a long enough cord.

Can this work without mobile data on

Yes it works with bluetooth so no data needed. But it is not worth the money you will get just as good sound putting your phone on speaker

Does it work with Alexa?

As long as your device has bluetooth, this bluetooth car phone hands free kit case can be connected
