Great value, super fast shipping, really happy with purchase

I was so excited to have a Samsung again. However, this phone is severely disappointing. Had a pass code when I received it. Had to visit geek squad to get it unlocked. Thankfully, there was not a Google account attached to it, so I'm able to use the phone. However, in a 19hour time frame, my screen time was 4hrs and 9 min. My phone went from 100% battery to dead. When I went to charge it with the charger provided, it took 15 hours to get back to 100% the phone is constantly over heating, even when only having one app open. All updates are completed, and still, many apps are unusable due to poor battery life and over heating. The speed slows drastically as the battery percentage drops. The screen is so touchy, that while one phone calls, I often end up placing the caller on hold, and even a piece of dust that you can't see will make the screen start to spaz out.Edit: 2 days after this review, the phone has charged for 18hrs in a 21hour period, usage time of 3hrs and 58 min, and the phone, is only on 18%. Says it will take one day and 13hrs to fully charge. I have tried multiple different cords, charging cubes, and charging pads. All have failed.

I had to replace my Moto e6 phone after it fell to the pavement out of a shopping cart at a local grocery store without a screen protector. After reviewing my choices in lower cost phones, I decided to buy this renewed Samsung A32 5G. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail about the features on this phone because you can find video reviews on YouTube for that. I'll say that at this price level you will be hard pressed to find a phone with so many features, especially one that is just two years old. Oddly enough, the 4G version of this phone (simply called the A32) has lenses with a higher resolution that this one, but I think 48MP resolution is pretty good, and a definite improvement over my previous phone. The fingerprint scanner built into the side button is a nice way of unlocking your phone. I requested a phone that was in "excellent" condition, and that was what I got, with absolutely no visible marks or damage to either the case or the screen. I use T-Mobile (prepaid) for my carrier, and I was able to take the SIM card out of my old phone and put it into this one and use the phone right away without any issues. I am very happy with this phone.

Had the phone screen went out just quit working defective I'm guessing but I shipped it back and got my money back seller was fast had refund the next day. 5 stars to the seller

I was a little skeptical about purchasing however I did and I am happy. It came unlocked, but the camera quality is not that great. It’s worth the money.

Nice phone, just stopped working and calls started dropping. As for the Refund policy. It's unfathomable! The item destination is Nashville, TN...The item arrived Apr 30, 2025 ... 06:54 PM...Nashville TN US...Package arrived at a carrierfacility.The delivery date is May 21, 2025 and the Refund issue date is: May 29, 2025I hope that other Consumers read this review prior to making their decision.This will be my Last time ordering a cell phone, online.
