Sleek and good Tower Speaker, suitable for small and medium room.Performance so far good.

Worst service. I would not recommend anyone to buy Akai products. It’s been more than a month the speaker was delivered. The speaker was not working when it was delivered. I complained on Amazon they said it’s service centre replacement so you need to talk to Akai. Spoke to them registered complaint but no action. Next time when called upon to check the status the complaint was closed already from their end whereas they had informed that they will replace the speakers. So again registered the complaint and same thing happened during follow up. Same way have registered more that 5-6 complaints till date but no response or no action. Bad quality products. Bad service and very unprofessional.

The media could not be loaded. Hi guys, to write a review for sound system is most toughest job, because there is no end to final satisfaction when it comes to listening a song through a sound device. However, I think one should keep in mind the money spent, considering the similar type products of different brands.Delivery of this product by Amazon at Mumbai was excellent. I received it within 36 hours of my order. It was nicely packaged too.Now coming to this product, we should remember that getting a tower type sound box in comparison to sound bar under 4k is truly worth the purchase. The clarity of sound is excellent whether it is played under highest or lowest (minimum) volume. The BASS is also amazing. To be very frank, I dind't expect such quality of sound at this price. For a home playing, the sound is enough. Some may still feel the lack of DJ loudness, as I already told that sound satisfaction is never ending process, specially in this era of contineous technical upgradation. Dont't expect a DJ type sound from it. But the clarity & perfect bass of this system will surely mesmarize you. Please listen to the music in the attached video, which was recorded in very low volume. You can surely guess the clarity from there itself.If you are not a loudy type of person & loves the perfection of the music, can go for it blindly.

The system is good and vfm. However, instructions to connect the supplied mic were vague. On contacting Akai service centre on Saturday and registering a complaint for assistance, self has not yet got a call back. But managed to connect the mic to the system on our own.
