Q: Can this be set to a mode where the alarm is silent and it vibrates instead?

Yes it can be set to vibrate only as the alarm.

Q: Can a countdown be "easily and instantly” reset on the push of a button before reaching zero in case I want to start the interval over?

Yes. You can press and hold the start button for three seconds and the timer will stop the countdown and reset itself back to the beginning. Please note do not apply hard pressure on the button, soft pressure will work just fine.

Q: Can it be used an it be used in a pool?

It is supposed to be water proof. I had a friend who ran hers through the washer and it worked fine after. And I don't worry about it when I'm in the rain. But I have no experience with using it while it is actually being immersed in water. It is moderately loud, so assuming there wasn't a ton of other noise you might hear it from the side of the pool.

Q: Are they all weather proof?

The Charge model timer is our most weatherproof timer. It is made to be used outdoors.
