I wish I could give it zero stars. I brought this hopping to be able to take them and have more energy. Unfortunately, when I opened the package the pills were expired, and not for days or weeks. They were expired for years!!!! I was not able to return them and have not be able to contact anyone to let them know what happened. I am disgusted about it. I paid money that I ended up throwing up on the garbage. This is so unfair. Do not buy it, and if you do, please check the expiration date. Mine was expired back in June 2018 and I purchase it by November 2019!!! This is disgusting!! If I did not see the expiration date and I could have take it be very sick by now.

I was using green tea extract for a while and have recently tried some of the coffee supplements and really like them. If you are prone to anxiety from a lot of caffeine or some of the rougher weight loss supplements (lookin at you hydroxycut hardcore) then maybe avoid stuff like this. It has a noticeable effect for me, definitely increases the heart rate and suppresses appetite but I wouldn't exactly want to take it before a big speech or presentation if you catch my drift. Just remember stuff like this is a slight complement to diet and exercise, not a magic pill. I have been using stuff like this in combination with diet and exercise and while it's hard to quantify how much benefit this is responsible for I like what it's done so far.

I use this daily in my morning routine to wake me up, and give me a burst of energy. I like that it has caffeine, green tea extract, and other ingredients to promote weight loss. I used to use regular (plain) caffeine tablets from others, but found that these combined other ingredients and seemed more potent than those others. I would not recommend taking them on an empty stomach, especially without a lot of water, because it could bother some stomachs. However, for me, as long as I have taken them with a large glass of water, or other drink, I have not had any issues. Remember: For adults only.

I will admit I was kinda scared to take this, because anything that is for dieting or weight loss I have some really bad side effects from. I did not have any of that when I took this. There was no jitters, or feeling nauseous. I didn't feel like I was going to pass out like normal. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and it limits my physical exercise. Some days are so bad I can not even walk or get out of bed. This has given me energy I have lost, and its helping me with the help of watching what I consume and my water intake, I am seeing some weight coming off that I have not been able to get off. Seller shipped quickly and package was in great condition. I highly recommend this if you are sensitive to diet/ weight loss supplements.

I am amazed. These work quite well. It has given me a good energy, not shaky wired jitters. I have noticed a decrease in appetite,, which is helping get those unwanted pounds off.
