Superb fittings
I am very inpressed with how sturdy adn solid the cases are. The metal case is seperated from the ceramic bulb holder so only two connections. The real ceramic (not hard plastic) bulb holder has a decemt threaded tube that holds the parts together, with a proper metal nut. Really solid. The top external 'ring' is part of hte metal fitting and not a joint, the lower ring is to hold a shade. Again, very good fine thread adn metal ring that woudl easily hold larger and heavier shades. The only down side for me was the top cable clamp as the internal grips are thinner plastic adn alsthough they seem to do a fine job, did not seem so robust as the rest. Certainly recommend these fittings.

Good fitting but arrived completely disassembled. Even the wire terminal screws are loose within the packaging.

paint peels off
they look ok but the paint from the edge on the ring just peels off, very poor painted

Grâce à leur design vintage on a fait de très jolies lampe. La qualité est correcte.

Kratzer und Kabelfixierung
Die Außenseiten waren verkratzt, was aber für micht nicht so schlimm ist. Was jedoch nicht geht oder eher gefährlich werden könnte, ist das die Keramikfassungen an den Ecken der Kabebefestigungen abgebrochen waren und an der Stromkabelklemme nur 3mm Kabellänge (also nur so tief wie die Befestiungsschraube ist) gehalten wird. Zudem ist die Plastig Kabelfixistung nur für 2x 1mm inkl. Isolierung geeignet. Damit kann kein 2x 1mm Kabel mit Mantel fixsiert werden. So das beim Leutchmittelwechsel dann doch Zug auf das doch knap gefasste Stromkabel kommen kann.
