I now have installed a second; the retract system on its own is worth the investment. Robust unit, fits to the wall and swivels out of the way, great retract system and the reel can be easily removed in winter if there are concerns about frost and ice damage.

Reliable positive rewind with good spooling to prevent build up in any one point on the drum

Wall mount and screws are more than adequate, hose itself is good quality and the auto rewind feature is great as it has a track which keeps the hose moving side to side when it retracts.5 year guarantee is great too for peace of mind. Always bought cheap hose reels and they all break/split eventually but with this I don’t think I’ll have to buy another hose for a very long time.

Easy to assemble. Just make sure you have enough wall space for it to lie flat against the wall when not in use and away from any electrics.We have only had the hose for three weeks, but based on our experience to date, the hose pulls out easily and locks in place at the length you require. The automatic rewind works really well - I do make the effort not to let it reel in too fast and avoid it catching on the lip of the wall.

Strong product which works like charm. I also bought a Hozelock unit at the same and the difference chalk and cheese. The Hozelock one not easily wind up and you have to spend multiple attempts for it wind. On the other hand this Gardenia cannot be faulted and works like a dream

Que de qualités pour cet enrouleur qui fonctionne à merveille. Facile à monter. C est un plaisir de voir le rouleau s enrouler sans aucun effort. Fini d avoir le rouleau traîner à terre après utilisation, donc plus de risque de se prendre les pieds dedans....La longueur 30m est très satisfaisante.Pouvoir orienter de gauche à droite est un vrai plus.Le visuel est sympa malgré ma crainte car il est imposant.Ravis complètement de cet achat.
