They did not make it clear that it's 600mg of citrate and not actual magnesium per serving.there is only 70mg of actual magnesium per serving (2 gummies) which is not nearly enough for an adultto meet recommended daily dose you have to eat a handful of these and it's too much sugarwill not recommend, look for a higher dose once
