I believe they will. I used them on a 2006 F-350 and the doors have the same mounting holes for both 06 and 07 trucks

I have a 2002 ford f250 superduty wondering if this comes with a wiring kit that syncronizes with the signal blinkers?

No it does not you need to wire it yourself it comes with an extra harness that can be used for that purpose. It comes with a diagram to help with the wires. you will need to run 3 extra wires for the turn signals, heated glass and marker lights the puddle lights can be wired to the door light.
