Health Policy: Crisis and Reform in the US Health Care Delivery System

This writer has inspired me to want to become an active lobbyist. This book was so inspiring that it made me want to read it, not once, but twice!

Purchased as required text book for class. Good condition and great price.

This book is required for Ashford Univ course MHA 614 in the Masters for Healthcare Admin program. It is about policy, politics and the issues that define the public debate on healthcare. It is overall not complimentary to the status quo and is an indepth survery. I found that it neglected wrk by Michael Moore included the sdocumentary Sicko which ravaged the industry legitimately forf its corruption and greed. I found that it neglected to acknowledge the deaths and suffering caused by the politics of the right wing conservatives in America. All in all it is the required reading for the course and despite my objections, you will need it for the course requirements.

This textook is very informative and up to date. The instructor made a great choice with this book. The articles in the book are concise and easy to read.
