Previously purchased for 12 or less and now its much more for the same thing?
I have ordered quite a few times from tape king and the tape has issues staying adhered. The next day it will be popped off the package and have to be placed back down. This happened on "quiet" tape and "strong" tape. I can tell you without a doubt the quiet tape is weirdly silent. This brand was recommended by a youtuber that I follow that runs a resale business and since it was cheap I gave it a try. At the current prices of $18 for 6 I can no longer recommend it.

Strong and best tape for moving boxes
Such a great pack of tape. Very strong and lasts a long time !!! I'm moving house and only on my 3rd roll of tape. (I've got a hell of a lot of boxes). I've got a lot of heavy books in boxes aswell and this tape is highly recommend for weighty boxes. Brown tape will never exsist in my house now 😂
