Excellent value for the money
I am self-grooming a Standard Poodle. A good table is a must. After tons of research, I bought this one. Great value for the money, believe me.The only drawback is that it is difficult to set up and take down. If that is a requirement for you, this may not be the best choice.I also intend to add a grooming bar that attaches to both ends of the table. Fortunately that is a cheap and easy addition. But for the money, this table is great if you can afford to leave it set up most of the time.

Mine arrived dented
So I actually use this all the time. It’s more expensive than other tables but it’s sturdier and worth the extra money. My table arrived dented so I did return it and bought the bone shaped one from a different seller. I have a home grooming business and use it all the time. Flying pig is a great brand and worth the extra. It’ll pay for itself. I do prefer the boneshapped one because the corners don’t poke at u as the rectanglular one does. I’ve had it for 3 years now and it’s still like new. Good product.👍

BEST customer service!
This table exceeded my expectations with regard to quality and sturdiness. I purchased it for my miniature schnauzers which range in weight from "growing puppy" to 30+ pound obese senior. It's just the right size, and folds easily for storage. Be advised, it is HEAVY. I did not unbox it until about 10 days after it arrived. The black plastic knob used to attach the grooming arm to the table had gotten broken (in shipping, I suspect). I emailed a copy of my Amazon invoice and a picture of the broken knob to Flying Pig's customer service. The very same day, they replied to my email with a tracking number! I expected them to send just a plastic knob, but they sent the whole knob/bolt assembly needed to attach the arm. It arrived within 5 days. All the way across the country. That's impressive. I wish I had bought a table like this years ago because it is so much easier on my back than sitting on the floor to brush and trim wiggly dogs. The dogs stand still for me on the table, just like they do for their professional groomer... who just might be losing some little customers, thanks to Flying Pig.

Great for small to medium sized dogs
This table was a pleasant surpirse. Large platform, sturdy extendable gallow with multiple places to hook the leash and no-sit sling onto, removable wire tray below, sturdy legs with no-skid caps. No wobble, no fear that it will collapse, and the dog, a 30 lb Westie/English bulldog mix, feels comfortable and secure on the rubber mat and generous table surface. At last I don't have to bend down and try to keep her standing with one hand while trying to not cut holes with the clippers as she tries to lie down again. When I had to groom her while she was lying on her back half the time on the floor last time I had had enough and went on a quest for a solution we both can live with. There are cheaper tables out there, but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. And to save $50 and be eternally unhappy wasn't worth the savings to me. This table is perfect for both of us, and after 10 minutes of fighting the no-sit sling (separate purchase, the table comes with a neck sling only) she finally stood like a normal dog and I could walk around the table and groom her and we both felt much more relaxed that way. Whle she is not the easiest dog to groom with her mixed coat texture, she actually looks pretty decent this time. And this table will have paid for itself after two more at-home groomings.

Technically portable, but...
Attn: Apartment Dwellers and those grooming on the go! When folded up completely, the medium table is 3.70” thick/high, 21.70” wide, and 37.60” long (9.2 x 55 x 94.7 cm respectively). I was unable to get that folded-up height measurement from the product specs or by asking other reviewers.I bought this hoping it could be folded up and stored under the bed when not in use. While that is technically feasible if your bed is 4” or more off the ground, I’ve found this table SO sturdy and SO heavy as to make that impractical. So now, along with the wire dog crate, basket of toys, and tub of dog food, this table has taken up permanent residence in my bedroom as a piece of Dog Furniture. It certainly is sturdy and I don’t worry about my dog (22” tall) wobbling around on it, so at least there’s that. And the arm does come off easily without being flimsy, a main complaint against competitors’ tables.

Great table but...
The table is great. The nooses didn't quite work for me. I wouldn't be able to groom or even just brush my crazy coton without it. If I try one of us is bound to get hurt. He fights like a badger on steroids. I can't believe an 11 pound fluffball can kick my @$$, but there it is. If you have a fighter, use a table. Better to be safe than sorry. If I could give it a 4 1/2, I would.

Groom like a Pro
Who knows better how you want your dog to look, you or somebody with a table and a few tools? Who will be more patient and kind to your dog, you or somebody that’s given a corporate quota of how many dogs they should groom each day? Well, the obvious answer is YOU! I’ve groomed my dogs most of my life so I have all of the scissors, nail clippers, dremmel for nail grinding, small hair clippers and designated blow dryer. And I enjoy doing it. Last year I had both of my knees replaced and took our sweet little Sheltie to a professional groomer every 6-8 weeks at a cost of $80-$100 for each groom. I was disappointed nearly every time. I already have a stool I use for my gun bench and was looking for a good portable table to get Annie up off the ground for me to work on her. I read the reviews and ordered this table. Two grooms later, this table has more than paid for itself and Annie looks like Annie again. Grooming isn’t for everyone, but if you enjoy working with your pet like I do, without any hesitation I recommend this table. The medium is great for our Sheltie and I think it would work for a dog weighing up to 40 or even 50 pounds.
