They are ok. I think they are more for children but I didn't realize that.

Good flavor and really helps with memory

The taste wasn't bad and I drank it with water as it said to, I took 2 gummies before bed and quickly my stomach was making very weird noises and then that turned into get very nauseous and then ultimately throwing up. I then looked at the box to make sure I did it right and I did. I then googled how many mg I should have a day and it said around 400-500 mg max and the two gummies were 1000mg so it's way too much to take 2 at a time at least when starting out.

I have been taking these for about three months now and I have been very pleased with the results. It definitely seems much easier to focus each day when I'm taking them. I started looking into them because I was having issues with depression and since taking them, I really have had zero issues with any depression related symptoms.
