These work just as well as my name brand Silpat pad. The only complaint (which is also true for my Silpat) is that when you wash it (which is a breeze), you can't tell until it's dry that there is sometimes a residue left where the buns were and it sometimes requires two or three washes to make the rings disappear. Having said that, They work wonderfully. nothing sticks to them, and I feel good about not using disposable aluminum foil or parchment paper to line my pans. I also loved that this set came in different sizes. The large one covers my biggest cookie sheet (where only one will fit on the oven rack at a time) and the smaller ones fit my glass pans but are too small for a smaller cookie sheet.

Easily cleaned, did not go bad after years of intensive use.
