Q: can these be used with powershot staple gun, of is this for an office stapler?

I don’t know the size of the power shot stapler. However, if it’s the size specified they may work. The staples are very strong and sharp.

Haven’t tried that stapler. However, if it takes heavy duty staples these will fit.

Q: I have a Boston 131 will these work?

Boston 131 are indeed heavy duty staples (which are REQUIRED for this stapler) If you have them on had you could give it a try to make sure the dimensions are within tolerance. I purchases the Mr. Pen staples because I knew they would work and I wouldn't have to waste my time exchanging.
