Does this meet osha requirements for high visibility

IF YOUR ARE HUSKY OR BUILD UP, GET A LARGER SIZE

The shirt look great. It fits kind of small for my taste. I'm a build up man and this feels too tight.I got a large size that it feels great. that's my suggestion
