Very easy to see, large buttons, speech for each digit dialed. All normal facilities on a basic phone, unlocked, panic button with up to 5 presets, plus 9 speed dial presets. this is a nice & uncomplicated phone for older, less technically savvy people, but a HUGE oversight is that it only comes with a USB lead, no power adapter, and how many people who need a simple, non-complicated mobile are going to have access to a USB socket, well in the case of my mum, who I bought this for, none, so now I need to get her an adapter so she can actually use it, not a HUGE problem , but it really should have been included, or better yet, forgo the USB lead altogether and just have a lead with a plug on, that would've been the simple option for a simple phone

The phone is a handy size, small enough for elderly hands but big enough not to get lost in the bottom of my wife’s handbag! The so called manual is next to useless but with reference to some helpful videos on YouTube the phone is pretty easy to set up. We’re right on the edge of our phone coverage but despite being only 2G reception is good.

Bought for elderly father. Programmed numbers for him. Turned volume up really loud. Just got to get him to remember he needs to take it with him!

Update : phone stopped working no obvious signs why, just won't turn on anymore, at the time it seemed good value and easy to use for an elderly person who hates technology she loved it, nice ring tone as well

It's too simple that it doesn't have enough options to personalise it.
