LSTN Wireless Troubadours Zebra Wood On-Ear Headphones with Built-in Microphone, Volume Controls

I wanted so much to love these headphones. In a way I do. They look beautiful. That is probably the thing that I love the most about them. Love the wood finish. Love the triangle shape (or so I thought). They are fairly efficient. The bass is a bit too boomy and distorts at higher volumes, but overall they are not bad sounding headphones. They are definitely not for the critical listener, audiophile types. If you are looking for the best sounding headphones for the money, you are better off going with a wired pair of Grado, or wired (or wireless) pair of Sennheissers. If you are looking for a cool and unique looking pair of headphones that sound decent then these might be for you.Other than the boomy bass, the other negative for me turned out to be the triangle design. It's a very cool looking design, but the problem is that the top of my ear gets flattened by these things and after an hour or so of listening to them my ears need a break. I think this design would be perfect for people with small ears. Also, the model I purchased had a weird defect. The + and - buttons were inverted on my headphones and did the opposite of what they were supposed to do. I doubt that is a common problem though.I ended up returning these and going with the Bose SoundLink around-ear wireless headphones for $229.98. $50 more than the LSTN, and they are honestly not quite as efficient. For me the decision came down to comfort, and I feel like I can wear those Bose for a long time. Like wearing pillows on my ears. As far as the sound quality goes, any audiophile will tell you the old expression about Bose, "No highs, no lows, must be Bose." It's still kind of true. These aren't for the critical listener either. But I needed a good pair of wireless over the ear headphones, and honestly those Sennheisers just look too goofy for me.

Headphones were great, until they stopped working three months after purchase. Just died.

I bought these in November, and this past month the charging port in the earpiece became detached and broke off within the earpiece. I've contacted their customer support directly through their website a number of times and they have yet to respond.

Just purchased a pair and absolutely love them. They are so elegant and comfortable, and the sound quality is amazing. I own a pair of Beats as well and much prefer these.

I liked everything about it. You don’t have to turn the volume all the way up to enjoy it.

Both these as a Christmas gift for my husband to replace his broken Beats by Dre. He absolutely loves them, possibly even better than his old ones lol. They are gorgeous and the sound quality is wonderful. Perfect gift!

I love these headphones, when they work. My first pair broke, don't know why, they just stopped working one day. Thankfully I was able to send them in to LSTN for a replacement pair. I really loved the replacement pair as well, except within a year the "Vegan Leather Ear Pads" completely disintegrated, and for some dumb reason LSTN doesn't produce replacement ear pads like every other company (JBL, Bose, Beats, Logitech, Sennheiser, etc.), and because LSTN uses a unique more triangular shape the other company's ear pad replacements won't fit, so now I've got a really nice pair of bluetooth headphones I can't use.

I have used this product because a friend owns them (he is journalist at Wired). While they are not the greatest set of bluetooth headphones, the 4.0 technology makes connectivity a breeze. The sound is crisp and clear and bass is present but not excellent. These are not meant for a bass lover. The fit is decent, cushions go around the ear (I have standard sized ears), and they feel durable.By far, their top feature is that they look absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a stylish paid of cans that puts out sound comparable to Beats Solos then this is the product for you. They're a solid set of Bluetooth headphones, but there are cheaper options if design isn't your top concern.
