Looking for review and feedback - can this be used for fabric? headliner in a car - small edge section?

It's a great product but I wouldn't use this for fabrics or woven textiles. It's basically super glue with an accelerator for fast drying. Putting super glue on fabric will make it crack then rip. I've done headliner and work with fabrics frequently. I would recommend a good contact adhesive like Weldwood by DAP or something similar.Hope this helps.

Why is the expiration date April of 2019 when I just got it in December of 2018?

I had the same problem , the last time was for one year. Can't win.

Can the glue be used on its own?

Yes, it's just a regular medium thickness CA glue. It will just take a bit longer to set.

Can this activator be used with any CA glue or is it formulated to work only with the glue that is sold with it?

It is universal, it will work with any CA glue.
