**Q: Seal fell off of the drinking tube at the connection point of the bladder and was lost. Can this be replaced? The unit is not functional without it.**
A: Contact whoever you purchased this from and ask them if the placement part…. Hope this helps 😊

**Q: Are the bladders made out of tpu or peva? if neither, can the seller please specify the material.**
A: I don't know what they claim for the material; all I know is that it smells & tastes VERY strongly.  Couldn't eliminate the problem with multiple washes.  Threw  it away, made me sick to drink from it.

**Q: How do you connect the tubes to the bag? We've pushed the tab and pushed (both my husband and me) as hard as we can. Tried turning it...**
A: I didnt have a problem with mine. Try wetting the tube and inlet. Spit works just fine.

**Q: I can't unscrew the top fill area? Has anyone else had this problem?im turning it clockwise and it won't budge!**
A: Turn counterclockwise.
