Collagen Peptides Powder, Chocolate, 13.5oz

I’ve been using the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, and the chocolate flavor is what really makes this easy to add to my daily routine. It has a rich, chocolatey taste and works especially well in coffee, smoothies, or even just milk. I also like that the ingredient list is simple, with no artificial sweeteners, and it’s made from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine collagen. The biggest thing I noticed from other users is that most love the taste and overall quality, although the chocolate version can sometimes clump more in cold drinks. For me, it’s a convenient way to make collagen part of my everyday routine without feeling like I’m taking another boring supplement.

This is my favorite collagen. I add it to my protein and some milk and ice and it taste like a chocolate milk shake.

I ordered the chocolate flavor. You cannot taste the collagen at all. I’m very high-quality. Noticeable improvement in my hair, skin and nails. I like the fact that it uses Stevia instead of synthetic sweeteners. The reason I gave it only a four star rating is because it’s a little too sweet. I was hoping it would be slightly sweet and then I can sweeten it on my own in my coffee with honey. But nevertheless, I am enjoying using this product and would highly recommend.

This product is great, the packing however was not. I ordered multiple items that were included in the same box. No padding was provided and I am shocked the breakable items did not shatter and ruin the entire order. I do not fault the seller, just whoever packaged my items in the warehouse. This seller is awesome and I give them 5 stars, as well as the protein powder. We have been using this protein powder for years and I consider it the best as far as taste, texture, consistency and ease of digestion. My husband drinks this every night before he goes to work his 11p - 7a shift.

The only Collagen Peptides powder that works on my nails, hair. I started taking this to try and recover from several fractures, and I continue it every day to shore up the strength of the bones in general, help with muscle loss. Fabulous side effects include stronger nails (mine return to being like paper if I stop taking this stuff for 8 or 9 days), and thicker hair. The chocolate flavor is out of this world. I'm a bit of a chocoholic, and the flavor is very good. Works well in a keto diet.

Going to be honest I did not like this the first few times I tried it. It was difficult to mix and too thick. After trial and error I finally found a way that makes this sooo good. First of all I only do about half the serving size they recommend, so about two tablespoons. I then usually add in extra collagen powder or fiber. I use fairlife milk and use a spoon to mix the best I can. It will look grainy and not mixed. Then use a handheld frother/mixer to really incorporate everything. You can drink it like this, but to make it even better I make a shot or two of espresso and add that and it’s one of my favorite coffees to have. I’ve also been using my bullet blender and adding peanut butter and ice and it’s really good also.

Deception by the manufacturer. Only 2 tbsp are needed. They say 4 tbsp in order to sell more. Plus I don't trust I'm getting the real thing via Amazon's site. I plan to purchase more at Vitamin Shoppe. More expensive this way, but knowing I'm getting the real thing, freshly dated. I love the taste of the chocolate and it provides great mixability with my morning coffee. The way it's packaged is a nightmare. Thankfully I have kept the original plastic container it used to come in. I'm. Waiting to see if my skin and hair improve. It's too early to tell yet.

I've had a problem taking collagen peptides in the past. I just couldn't get past the taste. There was always something very "bovine" about it. Even brands that touted their product was tasteless - wasn't. Even THIS particular brand - the unflavoured version - I couldn't bear the taste. I tried taking capsules but to get the required amount of collagen I needed to take 39 capsules a day, so that didn't work. Then I happened to find Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Chocolate and let me tell you it is DELICIOUS! Zero "bovine" taste and very, very yummy. It is very chocolatey, very rich and I mix it with hot water so I am having a decadent hot chocolate that is good for me. If I mixed it with hot milk it would be even more delicious. So now I will use all of the product instead of throwing it out, I'll be adding health building collagen to my body for my skin, hair, nails, bones, joints, elasticity and all the other good stuff collagen supplementation does for us as well as satisfying my love of chocolate! Mmmmm mmmmm!
