Great Natural Solution to Joint Pain and Feeling Sluggish
I'm traveling across country in an RV with my husband and two pugs. Below is a picture of a natural spring in downtown Austin that I just feel in love with when we traveled through Texas. I'm committed to eating healthy, organic and local but being on the road can be very unpredictable at times and we end up eating at local restaurants that probably does not live up to my home cooking standards. And I would feel it in my joints, noticing achy knees and shoulders, low back pain and hip pain. I would also feel sluggish and swollen around the midsection and sometimes my rings would barely fit my fingers. And after just 4 days I started to feel like my old self again. The inflammation in my joints and swollen fingers all went away and I'm no longer suffering from back or hip pain.
