Perhaps you can screen print. **Q: Can you write on these with dry-erase markers, erase and re-use?** A: I would think not. They are a glossy white cardboard so I would think there would be staining with each subsequent use. **Q: How much does each puzzle weigh? Or do you know how many stamps it takes to mail one of the puzzles?** A: Hi.. I loved these. However, it cost me $4 to mail just one to someone 15 minutes away. They weigh 1 ounce in the envelope, but the fact that they are bulky makes them count as a package and not an envelope. I tried sending with 2 stamps when I first mailed it. It was returned to me with postage due. Hope that answers your question. **Q: Can you heat press a picture on them using sublimation ink,or regular ink?** A: I will try heatpress with color T-shirt transfer.
